Itronics reported that as of July 31, the company had 12,620,262 common shares issued and outstanding, compared to 12,117,966 as of Dec. 31, 2016, an increase of 502,296. Based on the July 31, 2017, closing stock price of $0.37 per share, the Itronics market cap is $4,669,497.
Itronics also has made its first shipment of silver-copper bearing glass produced by its e-scrap refining technology. The company also recently made its second shipment of silver bullion produced by the new e-scrap refining process.
