Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Presidents Day.

TUESDAY: Salmon, scalloped potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, fruit cups and berries in a cloud.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken in orange sauce, brown rice, house salad, assorted dressing, savory style beans and mixed fruit.

THURSDAY: Beef patty on whole wheat buns, tomato, onion, lettuce, baked beans and cantaloupe.

FRIDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, applesauce, whole wheat dinner rolls and unsalted margarine.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Presidents Day.

TUESDAY: Barbecue pork ribs, sweet potatoes, baked beans, mixed vegetables, pineapple cups and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Spud stuffers, ground beef, cheese, sour cream, margarine, carrots, peaches, grape juice and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Low-sodium tomato soup, black bean salad, whole wheat low-sodium crackers, bread pudding and orange banana juice.

FRIDAY: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad and fresh oranges.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Presidents Day.

TUESDAY: Grilled bratwurst, buns, hot German potato salad, German slaw, spiced applesauce and fresh orange sections.

WEDNESDAY: Chile relleno casserole, tropical fruit salad, refried beans, Spanish rice and custard.

THURSDAY: Chicken cordon bleu casserole, marinated vegetable salad, rolls and cheesecake.

FRIDAY: Pepper steak, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, garbanzo salad, oat bran bread, frosted cherry dessert and Mandarin oranges.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Chuchill Road:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Presidents Day.

TUESDAY: Meatball stew, steamed cabbage, corn bread, margarine and mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joes, peas and carrots, celery sticks and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, scalloped potatoes, pea salad, whole wheat rolls and cake.

FRIDAY: Brunch for lunch: Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and peaches.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Presidents Day.

TUESDAY: Beef stew, noodles, salad, biscuits and fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, salad and fruit.

THURSDAY: Oven fried chicken, baked potatoes, salad, bread and Jell-O with fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Broccoli and cheddar soup, grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Presidents Day.

TUESDAY: Hamburgers, macaroni and cheese, beans, salad and ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad and pudding.

THURSDAY: Beef stew with noodles, salad, biscuits and fruit.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Baked Cajun cod, cream style corn, potatoes, fresh spinach, whole wheat bread, spice cake and apples.
