Tipping Point Gaming, LLC has entered into an amendment to a Patent License Agreement with International Game Technology (IGT).
The agreement was previously executed between the parties which now provides TPG with greater certainty around its right to practice in the emerging Service Window/Picture-In-Picture category.
TPG also announced that the parties have agreed to settle all outstanding litigation and claims between them.
