Melanie Whitfield, Tammy Cirillo, and Katie Minter have named JAG specialists for Jobs for Nevada’s Graduates (JAG Nevada).
Whitfield will be a JAG specialist at Wooster High School in Reno.
She completed her student teaching at Las Vegas High School and taught ESL at Traner Middle School in Reno.
Whitfield earned a bachelor’s degree in English education from Brigham Young University.
Cirillo will be a JAG specialist at Damonte Ranch High School in Reno.
She previously worked as a camp counselor, a cake decorator, preschool teacher, human resources manager and youth leader. Her husband is also a JAG specialist.
Cirillo earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Humboldt State University.
Minter will serve as a JAG specialist at Reed High School in Sparks.
She previously worked as a paralegal for 17 years, before going back to college to work in education and started as an intern at Reed.
Minter earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Nevada, Reno and in interested in pursuing a master’s degree in the future.
