Sierra Nevada Properties announced April 5 the hiring of Kayden West as business development director.
West brings more than 35 years of sales and business development experience the role, in which she will facilitate internal growth of SNP’s more-than-100-member agent team throughout Northern Nevada, according to a press release.
Previously, West was a Northern Nevada sales manager for Caesars Entertainment. Her responsibilities included overseeing conference sales for multiple markets, collaborating with government tourism partners to increase visibility and actualized sales, providing direction for teams on prospecting, expanding, and creating new markets, and constructing terms of the contracts and negotiated between Caesars and contracting parties.
Over the years, West has volunteered with the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors, National Automobile Museum, Food Bank of Northern Nevada, Spread the Word Nevada and Salvation Army Residencies.
