LOGIC Commercial Real Estate recently announced the addition of Emma Beauchamp as an associate.
Beauchamp joins LOGIC after two and a half years at the Reno office of CBRE, where she worked with the retail and land teams, according to an Aug. 10 press release.
At LOGIC, Beauchamp will specialize in the leasing of retail and office properties and tenant representation.
“I am thrilled to join LOGIC Commercial Real Estate and have the opportunity to join a strong, well-established brokerage in Northern Nevada,” Beauchamp said in a statement. “I was born and raised in Nevada and am honored to be a part of a company that cares about the community and is aligned with my values.”
Beauchamp is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
“We are very excited to welcome Emma to the LOGIC team,” LOGIC Partners Ian Cochran and Greg Ruzzine said in a statement. “Emma’s strong background in strategic leasing, marketing and excellent customer service will add tremendous value to the LOGIC team.”
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, skiing and camping in the Sierra, and cheering for the Wolf Pack.
