Pet Station, a full-service pet company with 13 locations throughout the Reno/Tahoe region, recently leased the 4,300-square-foot first floor at 800 Tahoe Blvd. in Incline Village.

Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers Mark Keyzers and Troy Keeney represented Pet Station owners Marshall Grattan and Philip Bankhead in the lease transaction, according to a Nov. 17 press release from Tahoe Immo, the property management firm that owns the building.

Pet Station will share the 9,400-square-foot retail building with Village Ski Loft, which occupies the top floor of and has been in business since 1980.

According to the release, Pet Station plans to move into the space in the spring following completion of improvements, leaving its location in the Raley’s Shopping Center where it’s been the past nine years.

Following a design by Dock One Studio of Tiburon, California, exterior remodeling of the property is underway with new windows, doors, siding, lighting, and paint.

Scott Dutcher, general manager with Tahoe Immo, said the project should be complete by late 2021 under the supervision of general contractor Norman Ventures NV of Reno.

Tahoe Immo manages six Incline Village properties, encompassing nearly 60,000 square feet of retail and commercial space with 50 business tenants.
