Reno-based real estate investment firm Dermody Properties recently announced that Kimberly Rossiter has been promoted to Director of Property Management, West.

In this role, Rossiter oversees operations and property management activities across the Western United States. She reports to Elizabeth Teske, Senior Vice President of Property Management, according to a Feb. 9 press release.

“Kimberly has more than 23 years of experience in the development industry and has worked on a variety of projects from large highways to small tenant improvements,” Teske said in a statement. “She joined Dermody Properties as Operations Manager in 2016 and has since made a substantial impact on our property management team. This recognition is incredibly well-deserved.”

Before joining Dermody Properties, Rossiter served as Marketing Manager for Lumos & Associates, a multidisciplinary engineering firm in Reno. In that role, she developed and managed all marketing strategies for the company’s clients.

She has also served as Public Information Officer for projects with the Nevada Department of Transportation, providing daily contact with stakeholders to coordinate and manage the impacts of construction activities.

“This company is rooted in exceptional service and relationships,” Rossiter stated. “It’s been a pleasure to work with such a respected team and with so many of our valued customers and I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and success in this new role.”

Rossiter received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and currently serves as a board member for CREW of Northern Nevada. In addition, she serves as a board member for the South Truckee Meadows / Washoe Valley Citizen Advisory Board.
