People: Elaine Jenks co-founds Keystone CPAs in Reno

Elaine Jenks, CPA, CGMA, recently co-founded Keystone CPAs, a full-service tax, assurance, and consultancy firm based in Reno.

Jenks has extensive public accounting experience, successfully serving clients for over 30 years, according to a June 16 press release from Keystone CPAs. Most recently, she was a manager at accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) in Reno.


Jenks specializes in taxation of estates and trusts and has a deep understanding of tax and accounting nuances for real estate developers. Jenks leads Keystone CPAs’ tax practice.

“I am excited to continue providing my clients proactive planning, as well as assisting businesses wishing to relocate from high income tax states to Nevada,” Jenks said in a statement. “I will continue to put my clients first and help them achieve their business and life goals.”

Jenks graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, with an emphasis in accounting. She is involved in the business community and is also a member of Reno Downtown Rotary and the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada.
