Christopher Capurro was named acting broker of Krch Realty’s Reno branch, effective Oct. 25, after serving as the firm’s Operations Manager since September 2019.

Capurro has been an active Nevada real estate licensee since February 1997, beginning in land development in the Las Vegas Valley, according to an Oct. 22 press release.

Over the years, Capurro pursued land acquisitions for many multifamily developers who remain clients and friends to this day. Capurro has owned several brokerages during his career in Nevada and California and has pursued various development projects in both states.

He was previously employed as Commercial Asset Manager by Intrawest during the development, construction and launch of the Village at Mammoth. Capurro also previously owned Heli Tahoe Helicopters, which provided helicopter tour services, construction, photography and flight training.

“Chris brings so much real estate experience and know-how to the table as well as a genuine care for the success of our agents,” Kyle Krch, owner and founder of Krch Realty, said in a statement. “We are excited and grateful that he has stepped into this role.”
