More than 30 employers will be on hand for a “Government Agency/Public Sector Job Fair” from noon to 3 p.m. at the Reno Town Mall, at 4001 S. Virginia St.
According to an Oct. 14 press release from the Nevada Department of Employment, Training & Rehabilitation, “hundreds of open positions” are available.
Representatives from Washoe County, Washoe County School District, Truckee Meadows Fire Department, University of Nevada, Reno, Nevada Department of Wildlife, Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles, Douglas County, Carson City, Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority and many more will be on hand.
Further, the American Job Center of Nevada-Reno, located in the town mall, will be open at 8 a.m. for job seekers to update and print resumes.
“Arrive dressed for success and ready to apply for a job, as many of the agencies will be conducting on-site interviews. Free headshots will be available on a first come, first served basis,” according to the release.
