Cushman & Wakefield has hired Jonathan Wenthe as director to its valuation and advisory practice in Reno.
For over a decade, Wenthe has focused his career on commercial real estate appraising with additional expertise in research analysis and quality assurance in Northern Nevada and surrounding areas.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Wenthe worked as a senior appraiser and valuation specialist for a number of commercial brokerages in Northern California and Northern Nevada, and most recently, operated his own residential appraising company in the Lake Tahoe area.
