Panattoni Development completed construction on Building J, the 10th and final building of the North Valleys Commerce Center in late March. The center is located at 9575 North Virginia St. in Reno. Building J adds 138,240 square feet of space to the park, which totals nearly 4 million square feet. Current tenants include S&S Activewear, Mary’s Gone Crackers, Mary Kay Corporation, Compass Health, Tempur Sealy and others. The building features a 36-foot clear height, ESFR fire suppression systems, LED lighting, ample power, standard column spacing, divisibility, quick access to US 395 via the Stead Boulevard and Lemmon Drive interchanges and plenty of freeway visibility. The Center is owned by CP Logistics NVCC IV, LLC. The Center was developed by Panattoni Development Company. Tectonics was the architect on the project and Alston Construction was the builder.
