NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND FOR LETTERS TESTAMENTARY 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, MICHAEL D. BROWN, by and through his attorney of record, SUSANNA T. KINTZ, ESQ. of Kintz Law, PLLC, have filed in this Court a PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND FOR LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, for the Estate of Harvey Nathan Salinger, and that a hearing has been set for the 23rd day of March 2022 at 10:00 am in the Courtroom B (Room 124) of the Second Judicial District Court located at 75 Court St. Reno NV 89501. The hearing will be conducted by conference call only. Any person who wishes to be heard on this matter shall obtain the public dial-in number and Meeting ID by visiting https://www.washoecourts.com/Probate, or by calling (775) 328-3100 at least two days in advance of the hearing. 

The Petition requests that authority to administer the Estate of the Deceased be granted to MICHAEL D. BROWN with full authority under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause as to why the petition should not be granted.
