Denver-based IntelliSource LLC recently celebrated its 10th year in the Reno market in 2021 with the Biggest Little Employer in Reno giveaway.

In May, the firm launched the celebration for all past and current employees to win a new Tesla car. On Dec. 30, members of the Reno IntelliSource team surprised the winner, Alisha Ellis, at her worksite, according to a Jan. 1 press release.

“I am just absolutely blown away at winning this amazing car … I literally have never won anything in my life, and this is huge. I just absolutely can’t believe it,” Ellis said in a statement.

The 2022 Tesla Model Y is in production now and will be delivered to Ellis, who started working with IntelliSource in September 2020, in February.

“There is not an employee in this market that deserves this wonderful prize more than Alisha,” Susie Loughman, Regional Operations Manager for IntelliSource, said in a statement. “Our staff loved working with her, and they have been so happy to continue to see her grow in her career with our partner. We are so excited to end our year with such a happy moment.”

Established 23 years ago in Denver, IntelliSource is a business process outsourcing company that entered the Reno market in 2011. Since, the company has worked with over 15 warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and logistics companies in the Northern Nevada market, providing over 12,000 jobs to the area’s workforce, according to the release.

“We have always positioned IntelliSource as a ‘people first’ company, and this giveaway was a way to celebrate everyone in the Northern Nevada market that has helped us reach this milestone,” Vice President of Operations Jake Donahue said in a statement. ”We genuinely try to get people into positions resulting in long-term careers and opportunities for growth. This giveaway was a fun way to engage our current and past employees and give them a chance to celebrate with us.”
