NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner,
Dayna Chapman, by and through her counsel
of record, Daniel C. Hershkowitz, Esq., of
Kalicki Collier, LLP, has filed a Petition for
Probate of Will, for Summary Administration,
and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary
(“Petition”). The Petition has been set for
hearing on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 @ 1:00
p.m. This hearing will be conducted by conference
call only. Any person who wishes to
be heard on this matter shall obtain the public
dial-in number and Meeting ID by visiting
http://www.washoecourts.com/Probate, or by
calling (775) 328-3100 at least two (2) days in
advance of the hearing.
The Petition will be approved without further
hearing unless an objection is filed. You do
not need appear unless you wish to object.
