DCG principal Tom Fennell recently obtained the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation. Fennell earned his SIOR Dual Specialty designation for obtaining at least 5 years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial and office real estate.
Closing on average more than 30 transactions per year, Fennell is considered a top-producing professional reaching the highest standard of excellence in the commercial real estate community.
Fennell is a principal and managing broker of Northern Nevada’s premier commercial real estate firm, Dickson Commercial Group. Joining principal Scott Shanks and top agents Travis Hansen and Joel Fountain, Fennell marks the fourth SIOR designee within DCG.
Fennell is also a certified Commercial Investment Member, a member of the Northern Nevada National Association of Industrial Office Properties, the Economic Development Authority, and the Builders Association of Northern Nevada.
Active in the Northern Nevada community, Fennell currently serves as the president and is on the board of directors for Nevada Bighorns Unlimited, a Nevada wildlife conservation organization. He also sits on the advisory board for the University of Nevada College of Business.
