Tim Dorton will serve as the leadership architect and director of New Horizon’s Learning Group’s Center for Leadership Development and Advisory Services.
In his role, Dorton will oversee the Center for Leadership and Development’s sales initiatives and foster strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients for the promotion of the leadership and development advisory services.
Concurrently, Dorton serves as a partner of the BCJ Group, a business advisory firm of former Disney leaders. Prior to this, Dorton held positions as a regional director at the Disney Institute, FranklinCovey, New Horizons Corporate, and IBM Institute.
Dorton has served in an adult learning capacity his entire twenty-year career.
