NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners/
Co-Special Administrators, Kara Rupf and
Kaitlyn Vannoy, by and through their counsel
of record, Daniel C. Hershkowitz, Esq., of
Kalicki Collier, PLLC, has filed a Petition for
General Administration and Issuance of Letters
of Co-Administration (“Petition”). The Petition
has been set for hearing on Wednesday,
September 13, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. This
hearing will be conducted by conference call
only. Any person who wishes to be heard
on this matter shall obtain the public dial-in
number and Meeting ID by visiting

advance of the hearing.
The Petition will be approved without further
hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not
