People: Lindy Deller and Matt Harris join NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors

NAIOP Northern Nevada announced that members Lindy Deller and Matt Harris will join the NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors.

Deller will hold an at-large seat within the board, while Harris will hold a chapter seat. This is Harris’ second three-year term, as he is reappointed to the board.

Deller will join for her first three-year term after completing a one-year term as an ex-officio member representing developing leaders ages 35 and younger.

In their new role as board members, the two candidates will be responsible for representing the board at local chapter meetings, regional seminars, and state meetings, reporting on local chapter activities and programs, and communicating about the activities and programs of the association to the members.

As a development manager at Panattoni Development, Deller is responsible for managing the development of industrial and office properties, coordinating all aspects of land acquisition, managing project construction budgets and underwriting development feasibility.


Matt Harris

 

She has participated in the development of 2.9 million square feet of industrial/flex space and is currently overseeing the development of an additional 1.4 million square feet.

Deller serves as a member of the board of directors and chairperson of developing leaders for NAIOP. She was named the NAIOP CL&LR Volunteer of the Year in 2018. She is a member of the Northern Nevada chapters of CCIM and Commercial Real Estate Women.

Harris began his career in real estate in 2006, when he began working in the residential investments sector with H&H Investments. Harris began working in commercial real estate in 2010. In 2022, Harris and his brother Benjamin formed Street Commercial Real Estate, LLC. During his tenure, Harris has represented clients in hundreds of lease and sale transactions throughout Northern Nevada, Arizona, California, Idaho, and Texas.

He is the former president of NAIOP Northern Nevada-Commercial Real Estate Developers Association and current Government Affairs Chair, a current BOD member and sponsor of Breakthrough Networking, formerly a CCIM-CRE Investment Members BOD, and a member of the Reno Tahoe International Airport Authority’s Community Outreach committee.
