Pellett Construction has purchased headquarters at 204 Marsh Ave., in Reno in a transaction valued at $2,159,750.
Nevada State Development Corp., facilitated the financing for the purchase, with a low interest loan in conjunction with Zions Bank Corp., dba Nevada State Bank.
