Jessie Rich-Greer of White Oak Legacy Partners has obtained the real estate property manager permit earned through the State of Nevada Department of Business and Industry’s Real Estate Division.

Before relocating to Reno, Rich-Greer owned and operated Halexis Management, a full-service property and asset management company with asset classes in varying geographic regions.

Properties included single family residential portfolio’s, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, self-storage and agricultural operations.

These assets were in California, Nevada, Florida, and Hawaii. Rich-Greer holds the Certified Property Manager designation offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
