The Wells Mart convenience store at 1790 S. Wells Ave. in Reno completed refinancing of its business loan for the property in a transaction valued at $900,000.
Nevada State Development Corp., helped facilitate the refinancing with a low interest loan in conjunction with United Federal Credit Union.
