Commercial Project Management Nevada has appointed Jessica Jardine and David Henselman to new roles within the agency.
Jardine has worked hard, learned more about commercial real estate than she anticipated, and is now welcoming her role as the sole owner of CPMNV.
Jardine has been highly motivated from the moment she stepped into the world of real estate in 2004. She has completed educational courses and accomplished her goal of obtaining her real estate license, property manager permit, broker’s license, ACOM designation, and CPM designation. In addition, she sits on the board for IREM and participates in several community and charity events.
Henselman’s interest in real estate began as he studied for and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on real estate finance at the University of Oregon.
Henselman went on to earn his CCIM designation along with completing several education courses to add to his real estate knowledge.
Henselman’s nearly 40-year career in commercial real estate has included project management, property management of over 50 buildings, supervising, maintenance, capital improvements, and financial responsibilities.
