PATRICK J. LANTIS has been duly
appointed and qualified by the above-entitled
Court on December 16, 2022 as Executor of
the Estate of TERESA LANGLEY LANTIS,
deceased.
All creditors having claims against said
estate are required to file the same, with the
proper vouchers attached, with the Clerk of
the Court within ninety (90) days after the first
publication, or mailing of this notice, or their
claim will be forever barred.
Pursuant to NRS 239B.030, the undersigned
