Notice is hereby given that the undersigned

is the duly appointed and qualified trustee

of the B.J. George Living Trust, dated June

30, 2005, as amended. On March 9, 2023,

Billy Joe George passed away. All creditors

having claims against Billy Joe George or

the B.J. George Living Trust, dated June 30,

2005, as amended, must file a claim with the

undersigned at the address given below within

90 days after the mailing or the date of first

publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
