NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Administrator, VICKY GAO has been duly appointed and qualified by the above-entitled Court on June 29, 2023, as Administrator of the Estate of VLADIMIR WILLIAM TER-ZAKARIAN, deceased.
All creditors having claims against said estate are required to file the same, with the proper vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the Court within sixty (60) days after the first publication, or mailing of this notice, or their claim will be forever barred.
