NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

undersigned is the duly appointed and

qualified Successor Trustee of the Richard

K.A. Jones Revocable Living Trust dated

November 16, 2022. Richard K.A. Jones, the

settlor of said Trust, died on March 27, 2023. A

creditor having a claim against the trust estate

or the Settlor must file such claim with the

undersigned at the address given below within

ninety (90) days after the first publication of

this notice.
