People: Ty Rogers named vice president of sales and marketing by Quick Space

Quick Space has announced the promotion of Ty Rogers to vice president of sales and marketing.

Since his onboarding in 2016, Rogers has led the business development of the company to more than triple the annual revenue. Previously, he served as the director of business and development, where he was responsible for overall management of business development activities.

Rogers has several years of experience in sales, having also served as the Quick Space director of sales and marketing from 2017-19, where he was a part of the execution of numerous events including Night in the Country and the Genoa Candy Dance.

Rogers sits on the construction advisory board for Western Nevada College, education committee for the Associated General Contractors, board of directors for Dare to be a Cowboy and is a past board member and social committee chair for the Executive’s Association of Reno.

He is the current national president of the American Cowboy’s Team Roping Association and heads the production team for the annual National Finals event in Reno for the 8,000-plus member group. He also serves on several professional and charitable boards, including Dozers & Dirt, Empty Bowls, and The Community Food Pantry.

As a native Nevadan, specifically as a member of the Yerington Paiute Tribe, Rogers has kept in touch with his roots through contemporary beadwork and has had his work appear in popular magazines including Cowboys & Indians magazine.

In his new role, Rogers’ responsibilities will include establishing annual sale goals, developing growth and market expansion plans, supervising the sales and marketing department, as well as allocating budgets for marketing campaigns and product distribution.
