NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that BRIAN P. UNDERWOOD is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Robert B. and Doris M. Underwood Living Trust 1988, dated September 17, 1988, as restated, and any amendments thereto. Settlor DORIS M. UNDERWOOD died on November 27, 2017. Settlor and surviving spouse, ROBERT B.UNDERWOOD, died on January 14, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s) or Trust Estate(s) must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
