Mignon Lagatta Real Estate, LLC, dba Haven Home Realty, has purchased a building at 1055 Riverside Drive in Reno to serve as the company’s headquarters.
The transaction, which included minor tenant improvements, was valued at $1,014,266.74.
Nevada State Development Corp., facilitated the financing for the purchase with a low-interest SBA 504 loan in conjunction with Heritage Bank of Nevada, Division of Glacier Bank.
