People: Alisa Belew named the inaugural Broker of the Quarter by Basin Street Properties

Basin Street Properties announces Newmark director Alisa Belew has been named the inaugural Broker of the Quarter for Q1 2023.

A $1,500 contribution to Belew’s charity of choice, Marin Foster Care, accompanies the award.

Belew has been instrumental in securing over 60,000 square feet in lease transactions with Basin Street Properties at the Shoreline Office Center over the past year.

Her tenacity, market knowledge, and exceptional customer service have led to successful results for her clients and Basin Street Properties.

She was one of the Newmark’s top North Bay producers last year with over 80 transactions completed.

When not closing deals for Basin Street, Belew is a certified Irish dance teacher at her family’s school, the Healy School of Irish Dance, and volunteers at her children’s Novato grammar school.
