People: Jacob Chaparian promoted by Basin Street Properties

Basin Street Properties announces the promotion of Jacob Chaparian to director of leasing – Reno and Sacramento.

Chaparian oversees Basin Street’s office leasing efforts across the Reno and Sacramento markets. He works closely with the brokerage community in both markets and provides excellent customer service to new and existing tenants.

He teams with the property management and construction departments to assure a smooth transition for new tenants and continued success for existing tenants.
