Tectonics Design Group announced Mike Thomson as an associate partner with the company.
Thomson has been with TDG for 10 years and has been practicing architecture in Nevada for over 30 years. His experience has made him an integral part of the architectural design and structural engineering team.
Recently completed projects include New Deantronics, McCormack Plastic Surgery, Urology of Nevada, Mountain View Corporate Center, Sierra Nevada Academy Charter School, and the Airway Commerce Center.
He has been involved in numerous nonprofit projects including the Teen Center for the BGCWN in Carson City and the Hope Springs Community Center in Reno.
Thomson received a bachelor of science in architectural studies in 1982 from Oklahoma State University, and a master’s degree in architecture in 1983 from Oklahoma State University.
He is a current member of the local and national AIA organizations as well as a member of NCARB. Thomson is currently registered in Nevada, Arizona and Pennsylvania.
