Colliers completes sale of industrial building in Sparks

Colliers Capital Markets is pleased to announce the successful marketing and sale of an industrial warehouse and distribution property in Sparks.

Colliers’ Brad Idleman and Kevin Moul represented both the landlord, Investcorp/Bendetti, and the buyer, STAG Industrial, on the deal which closed Oct. 19.

Located at 655 Spice Islands Drive, the 165,000-square-foot multitenant industrial building features tenant units ranging from 19,828 to 46,600 square feet. Built in 1990, the building sits on 8.36 acres of land and also features dock high doors and grade level leading, along with necessary power to accommodate most tenants.
