People: Amy Taylor, Laura Litynski-Vitencz, Sherese Nguyen join Chase International

Chase International has welcomed three new agents to its Northern Nevada locations. Amy Taylor is settled into the Reno office, Laura Litynski-Vitencz is representing clients in Incline Village, and Sherese Nguyen works within the agency’s Carson Valley office.

With an extensive background in construction, property management and land development, Taylor provides a personal insight into the appeal of investing in real estate and the intricacies of buying, selling, and building homes.

Vitencz has served in the Army and Air Force and lived in eight states and Europe. In addition to receiving a Joint Commendation Medal for service in Iraq as a captain, her career spans across the fields of education, music, and business.

Vitencz also holds a Doctor of Philosophy in psychology, was a director of human resources and applied her creative mindset as a director of marketing.



Sherese Nguyen

 


Vitencz is the president and CEO of Inspire Consulting. Vitencz shares her broad range of talent, volunteering for local nonprofits and is an accomplished flutist, performing in regional and international symphonies.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Nguyen achieved an undergrad in psychology and Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship.

She has worked at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, which shaped her strong work ethic and enriched her customer service skills. For many years, she led and organized children’s programs at Run, Rattle & Roll, where she was the local Carson Valley owner.

Most recently, she continued her passion for working with special needs children throughout her community.
