4Ts Repair purchases Wells property

Patrick and Julie Thuemler, owners and operators of 4Ts Repair, marked a milestone with the purchase of property at 1320 6th St., in Wells in a transaction valued at $558,642.

Nevada State Development Corp., facilitated the financing for the purchase with a low-interest SBA 504 loan in conjunction with Rural Nevada Development Corp.

Key commercial customers of the business include Pride, Yellow Freight, Federal Express, Amazon Prime, Great Basin Beverage and Black Ridge Logistics, among many others.
