People: Hunter Cote earns promotion at Alston Construction

Alston Construction announced Hunter Cote has been promoted to assistant superintendent.

Cote is responsible for supporting the site superintendent in the successful execution of projects by managing all field forces and coordinating jobsite activities and communication.

In the preconstruction phase, Cote collaborates with the project team, offering insights on the feasibility of systems and providing valuable input on scheduling and efficiency.

Cote brings with him several years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise that spans a variety of building types, including industrial, residential, office, and various commercial projects.

His tenure at Alston Construction has resulted in the construction of more than 3.5 million square feet. Among the notable projects he has contributed to are the Mary’s Gone Crackers building and other various projects at the North Valleys Commerce Center in Reno; two Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center industrial buildings in McCarran, as well as industrial projects at the Victory Logistics District in Fernley.
