C.H. Spencer leases space at Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center

Panattoni Development Co. announced C.H. Spencer, LLC has leased 9,000 square feet of space at Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center located at 420 Ingenuity Ave., in Sparks.

Constructed on 11.2 acres, the 195,000 square foot multi-tenant building features a 30-foot clear height, 50-foot x 50-foot column spacing and an ESFR fire suppression system.

C.H. Spencer was represented by Ron Ganter and Ron Sheehan with Avison Young. The landlord was represented by Joel Fountain, Baker Krukow and Nick Knecht of Dickson Commercial Group.
