People: Treacey Kennedy promoted at Nevada State Bank

Nevada State Bank has announced the promotion of Treacey Kennedy to branch manager.

Kennedy oversees the overall client experience, colleague management and operations of the branch, located at 500 E. Prater Way in Sparks.

Kennedy brings 17 years of banking experience to her role. She started her career as a teller at NSBs Tonopah branch before being promoted to financial services supervisor at the bank’s Damonte branch in 2009.

After relocating to Colorado, where she worked as a relationship banker, Kennedy returned to NSB in 2021 as branch service manager.

Kennedy has been involved in nonprofit organizations, such as House of Neighborly Service, and teaches financial literacy at Eddy House and for the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services.
