People: Erielle Cushing joins Broadbent and Associates

Broadbent and Associates has welcomed Erielle Cushing as a senior staff engineer.

Cushing joins Broadbent from the Washoe County School District, where she worked as a high school chemistry teacher.

As a senior staff engineer, Cushing will work closely with project managers at several of the firm’s environmental and mine sites and will provide support for collection of surface and groundwater samples, remediation system operation and maintenance, water and wastewater treatment facility monitoring, and water resources activities.

Cushing has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in geological engineering. Cushing is actively involved in the Truckee Meadows Community College Concert Band and Boy Scouts of America.
