People: Cassidy Wilson joins McDonald Carano

Cassidy Wilson has joined McDonald Carano as a director in the government affairs and advocacy group.

Wilson is a native Nevadan and her home-state roots provide her with the knowledge, experience, and relationships that form the foundation for her career in government affairs, legislative advocacy, policy development, and community relations.

Wilson’s background includes in-house government affairs positions at one of the largest U.S. healthcare providers and the largest association representing Nevada’s residential construction industry. Wilson earned a master of science in management and leadership from Western Governors University and a bachelor of arts in political science ad international affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno.
