NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners, Charlotte LaChapelle and Gabrielle Kahl, by and through their counsel of record, Daniel C. Hershkowitz, Esq., of Kalicki Collier, PLLC, have filed a Petition for Probate of Will, for Issuance of Letters of Co-Administration with Will Annexed, and Authorization to Administer Estate Under the Independent Administration Estates Act With Full Authority (“Petition”). The Petition has been set for hearing on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
