Mazie B. Kain, 89, a Carson City resident for the past nine years, died Aug. 8, 2001, in Carson City. She was born April 22, 1912, in Santa Ana, Calif.
Before moving to Nevada, she lived in Southern California.
Among her survivors are her son and daughter-in-law Dan and Sylvia Kain and daughter and son-in-law Peggy and Geren Sproull, all of Carson City; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
At her request, no service will be held.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
