Incline Village package sells for record $35 million

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - A package of four Lake Tahoe properties has sold for $35 million, a record price for an Incline Village transaction.

The sale includes three lakefront parcels with dwellings, all on Lakeshore Blvd.

According to Tanager Realty, the buyers - who asked not to be identified - walked into the office the day after Christmas and said they were looking for some property.

Four months of shopping and two offers went by before the deal was set.

The price topped the previous Incline Village record of $27.6 million, also brokered by Tanager.
