We would like to compliment Kevin McCoy from the Business License Bureau of Carson City and John Sapp from the Contractors Board of Reno, who both worked diligently for approximately six months to bring a handyman to justice.
This handyman took advantage of a handicapped senior citizen in a mobile park in Carson City. Back in January to May of 1999, this handyman charged pre-project money up front as he needed the monies for his supplies and etc. Since all projects were never completed and he refused to return our phone calls, we felt we had to do something so that other senior citizens or handicapped people would not be taken advantage of.
Again we would like to thank Kevin McCoy and John Sapp and also our justice system of Carson City.
