Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc., Carson Area Chapter 388, announces its seventh annual Reflections Award Banquet Saturday May 3 at 6 p.m. at the Carson Nugget. This year the organization will be honoring the Veterans Administration Hospital and staff in Reno.
