Olga Rose Ahlers, 79, a two-and-a-half year Minden resident, died June 21, 2002 at Carson-Tahoe Hospital.
Born Jan. 10, 1923 in Chicago, Ill., she worked for Avon Cosmetics Co. for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Ahlers in 1996. She came to Minden from San Jose.
Mrs. Ahlers is survived by caretakers and long-time friends Kenneth and Juanita Brus of Minden.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Funeral Home in Carson City. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
