Bec's Frozen Custard

The weather outside may be frightful, but that hasn't discouraged fans of frozen custard.

Judy and Bill Hartman, who opened Bec's Frozen Custard on Reno's Mount Rose Street last spring, say the shop steadily built a base of customers through the summer.

Although business slowed with the onset of cold weather, Judy Hartman says she's been surprised at the strength of winter sales.
