Palomar Enterprises, Inc., a Carson City-based developer of pizza restaurants, said last week that its common stock now will trade on the Third Market Segment of the Berlin Stock Exchange.
In the United States, the company's stock trades on the OTC Bulletin Board system.
The company said the German listing will allow European investors to purchase its stock more easily.
